PERSONAL TRAINING AT VFIT HOLISTIC PROSPECT
A Personal Training session is traditionally a one-on-one session with specialised attention and an independently planned program with your needs and goals at the forefront. Personal Training at VFIT Holistic is available in the 1:1 and 2:1 format. A PT session by nature is all about helping you achieve your goals with great technique an form. At VFIT Holistic we specialise in Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Boxing, TRX, Pre/Post Natal & Injury/Rehab.
Personal Training sessions are available Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Thursday: 5.30am -8pm
Friday: 5.30am-6pm
Saturday: 7am – 11.30am
PT STARTER PACK: 3 X 30 MINUTE PT SESSIONS FOR $99
The PT starter pack is ideal if you are interested in
trying Personal Training at VFIT Holistic or are looking to join
the group training
sessions but would like some prior coaching to feel confident about
training in a group environment.
The starter pack is available for 1:1 clients and it is 3 x 30minute PT sessions costing $99 per person

COMBINE PT AND GROUP TRAINING FOR BEST RESULTS!
PTย clients get best results when they supplement their PT sessions withย Group Training sessions at VFIT Holistic. As a PT client you can gain Unlimited Weekly Access to Group Training atย a discounted rate of $30 per week, normally $35 or $40per week
