Early autumn – March/April

Autumn fruits – perfect for preserving and are delicious desserts: apples, blackberries, figs, grapes, honeydew, limes, mandarins, valencia oranges, passionfruits, pears, persimmon, plums, pomegranatesquinces, raspberries, rhubarb, rockmelons, strawberries, watermelons.
