Hatha Yoga practice here at VFIT is all about you. The class is as intense or as relaxed as you want it to be. The Asanas are sequenced together, improving your body inside-out, from bones-to-skin, head-to-toe. On surface, the lengthening and strengthening gives you a lean physique. However, through correcting your posture and deepening your breathing patterns, the depth of healing is somewhat like a re-birthing system. The body will release toxins, tension and emotional build up. This assists with creating more room for clarity, happiness and growth. Come share the energy!
