Studio

 

Where can I park my car?

We have a designated car parking lot at the rear of the studio. In addition there is a public car park clients can use also at the back of the property.

Toilet/Change room facilities?

The studio has both female and male amenities.

Do you have any child-minding facilities?

As we understand constraints of parenthood our studio does not have any child minding facilities.

What payment options?

We accept payment by cash, eftpos, deposit and direct debit. Note that all sessions are pre-paid prior to the commencement of classes and appointments.

Can I use the studio in my own time?

No, as a personal training studio we cater for clients and small group fitness classes.

 

Classes

 

I am not very fit, but would like to join the class โ€“ Can I still?

Our classes vary in intensities and difficulties; however that does not restrict participants. All trainers have the expertise and experience to customize exercises for clientโ€™s limitations and fitness levels. If you are in good general health you are more than welcome to join us!

Kickboxing? Never done it before, but would love to try!

Kickboxing can be a very technical fitness activity, in order to get a good workout you need to have the right techniques to throw punches and kicks but also catching skills. Unless you are already experienced, compulsory technique session with one of our qualified trainers needs to be completed prior to joining any of our kickboxing classes.

I am not sure whether I am allowed to do this type of physical activity by recommendation of my health professional or GP.

Every time a member who participates in physical activity at VFIT Holistic, we take you through a health screening to make sure you are in perfect shape to participate. We may ask your doctor for a referral if need be, furthermore we are more than happy to communicate to your health professional in regards to any health problems that may limit you to exercise.

I am not sure if I can attend all the classes? Are there any other options?

Yes, we have single session rates and you can also purchase session cards in which you pay upfront for or on direct debit.

Why do I need to book into classes?

To maintain the quality of our group fitness services we limit numbers in our classes to provide you with the best of what we have. Thus bookings are required if you would like to attend a casual session. Are you connected to private health insurance funds?

Yes, potential refund is heavily dependent on the level of cover held by the member. Please eqnuire with your health about personal training and memberships refunds.

Do I need to be a member to do Personal Training?

No, Unlike most gyms Personal Training is not exclusive to just members thus you can organize sessions without having to be a member.

Policies

– All members and clients must bring their own towels to the studio.
– Belongings are to be kept in the provided storage areas.
– Appropriate clothing attire worn during physical activity.
– We kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hoursโ€™ notice to cancel any appointment. Cancellation with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee as your allotted appointment cannot be refilled at short notice.
