The Story

Movement has always
been the answer.

Vu's fitness journey started with a love for boxing and martial arts — a spark that grew into a lifelong passion for movement and performance. Becoming a personal trainer was a natural step for someone who genuinely thrives on meeting new people.

For Vu, fitness is about more than training. It's about evolving together — and he believes every connection shapes him into a better coach, and a better person.

Outside the gym you'll find him on all things sport, fishing, running the BBQ, and spending time with family.

Common questions.

I've never trained before — is that okay?

Absolutely. Most people start exactly where you are. We'll begin with the basics, move at your pace, and build real understanding and confidence from session one — no judgement, ever.

What happens in the free intro session?

It's a relaxed chat about your goals, your history and what you'd like to achieve, plus a chance to see how I coach. No pressure and no obligation — just a way to make sure we're the right fit before you commit.

Do you train in person, online, or both?

Both. I coach 1-to-1 in person around Melbourne, and online through the VFIT app with your full program, check-ins and direct messaging — so we can work together wherever you are.

How much does training cost?

It depends on whether you're after in-person, online or a mix, and how often you'd like to train. We'll talk through the options in your free intro and find something that fits your goals and your budget.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens. Just give me reasonable notice and we'll move it — you can see your bookings and message me anytime through the app.
