Melanie is a Level 2 Registered Exercise Professional with over 4 years’ experience in the industry. Mel pushes her clients to be their best not only physically buy emotionally and is passionate about the wellbeing of her clients. Mel is all about HIIT and functional movements being certified for training with TRX Suspension, Boxing, Fitball, Pre & Post Natal, Functional Training (Kettlebells, battle ropes, barbells), and combined TRX and Kettlebell.
